SUBUTA is one of the most popular Chinese dish in Japan. This is super easy menu with MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SOY SAUCE. Arranged for Japanese taste.

Ingredients(3~4servings)

Pork 200g
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Paprika 2
Pineapple as you like
MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SAUCE 4 tbsn.
Water 4 tbsn.
Starch 1 tbsn.

How to make SUBUTA (sweet‐and‐sour pork)

Cut pork, onion, carrot, paprika, pineapple into 2cm. Mix MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SOY SAUCE, Water and starch.

Put starch on the pork.

Put oil on the frying pan up to 1cm height. Fry the pork.

Take off the excess oil from the pan and fry vegetables on the same pan.

Put the fried pork and mixture of MAGICAL SWEET VINEGAR SOY SAUCE. Heat until the texture becomes a little sticky.
