Japanese tasted Carpaccio with Wasabi soy sauce. Colorful fishes and vegetables make your table gorgeous.

Raw Fishes for Sashimi or Sushi as you like
Vegetables (onions, tomatoes, baked mushrooms, green leaf e.t.c.) as you like
WASABI SOY SAUCE 2
Sesame oil 1.5
Vinegar or Lemon juice 1
Grated Garlic as you like

How to make Wasabi flavored Carpaccio

Place fishes and vegetables on a big plate.

Mix WASABI SOY SAUCE, Sesame oil, Vinegar/Lemon juice and Grated Garlic.

Put the sauce onto Carpaccio.
