Amazake milk pudding without sugar. Enjoy its fresh taste with peach sauce.

Ingredients(2~3servings)

AMAZAKE 0 120g
Milk 200ml
Gelatin 5g
Boiling water 50ml

How to make AMAZAKE MILK PUDDING

Mix Amazake and milk.

Melt gelatin with hot water (80℃).

(2) add into (1) and mix it.

Put (3) in serving cups and refrigerate them until set, about 3 hours.

(Peach sauce recipe) Puree peach and its syrup with mixer or blender.

Spoon the sauce over Amazake milk pudding and serve.
